It has 63 mm travel which is more than enough for such an electric bike. But if you are planning to ride on terrain then having a suspension fork has advantages. Thinking of it as a "weekend car. I can say only Juiced and Ariel Rider are using high end quality parts. I agree Super 73 is just over hyped and over priced.
I am really leaning towards them and Juiced after reading this. I didn’t read warranty terms apparently you accept no returns or responsibility. On top of that company seems to be not giving good customer service. I purchased both, just bought the HyperScram2...been waiting for the Super73 for 4 months, I am seriously pissed at Super73. Below you will see top speeds I do with only throttle mode on flat surface with each of these electric bikes. Choosing the Right Bike. Hell, you could buy 2 City/Camp Scramblers for less than the price of one S1. If ur taking it up stairs, yeah it will matter, but honestly it is not that much to trade for better performance. We can go over the specs but the HYperScram2 is better in almost every category speed, torque, range.. all the bells and whistles. When I saw Juiced Scrambler, I fall in love as it resembled Ducati Scrambler but cheaper and electrified version. Or maybe you’re at the trailhead, with sheer rock cliffs looming up ahead, and the smell of pine in the air. That won’t affect torque but will let you have a better top speed. Our first suggestion is Ariel Rider D-Class. Ariel Rider D-Class has a powerful rear hub motor and adding additional powerful hub motor to the front change the equation of e-bike dynamics. So comfort is one of the most important points. The Hyper Scorpion (MSRP $3,499) can be had for an introductory price of $1,999. They use hub motors with 750 watt nominal power and 900 watt peak power. My s2 looks great but has no torque, this company is a joke, and am paranoid it’s gonna break any day.
Great bike. There are two things to check and pay attention here ; 1- Do company take responsibility about malfunctioning parts. Service is a big deal, I bought the Super73 because they are relatively close by so if I have problems I can show up.
I had chance to test several Scrambler style electric bikes such as Super 73, Super 73 S1 , Juiced, Ariel Rider D-Class. is it slow off the line? I like the looks of it. And with an approachable frame, affordable price, and absurdly powerful battery, the Scorpion could be a good entry-level e-bike for anyone who’s bored with traditional two-wheelers.
